About

We are a fully qualified and comprehensively insured tree surgery company and have been running since 2009. We have a range of specialist equipment which allows us to cater for both smaller domestic jobs, larger commercial and estate work.

We use all of our own machinery so that we never have to rely on sub-contractors to complete our works ensuring all of our works are carried out to our own exacting standards. All staff members have trained at Merrist Wood College in Surrey the UK's leading Arboriculture institution.

Our Values

  • All Tree Works will be completed to 'The British Standard 3998'.

  • We are committed to health and safety, and ensure we follow the Health & Safety at Work code.

  • We will always provide a written quotation and upon completion of works an invoice.

  • All debris will be removed from site unless otherwise specified, we can also upon request log up timber for household use.

  • We are environmentally conscious - All debris is recycled as either compost or for use as biomass fuel.

Process

SITE VISIT

To ensure an accurate quotation a site visit is necessary, due to accesses, identifying potential risks, boundaries and visually assessing the trees for pests and diseases.

WRITTEN QUOTATION

Once we have assessed the proposed works a prompt written quotation will be either emailed or posted across.

THE WORK

If our quote is accepted, we will arrive on site and set up all the equipment and place correct road signage in position. Tree Surgery has its hazards so we must be able to work in clear surroundings.

COMPLETION

Once all the works have been carried out and the clients are happy with the results a written invoice will be sent across either by e-mail or sent in the post.
